Competitors prepare for the start of the 15cc final

Keith Burgess makes a mess of launching the boat of eventual winner Leon Morgan.

The propeller was broken on the edge of the landing stage, fortunately the boat could be recovered
from the bank allowing a quick change with the loss of only 3 laps
