The Test Lake
The lake is situated only a short drive from the main regatta venue and was available all the time.
The water was very salty so care had to be taken to thoroughly clean your boats after use.
For the World Champs the pontoon really needs to be bigger, as you can see from the photo not many people can be on it at one time.
Access to the water from the bank is not possible due to deep mud.

The pits.
Canopies and tables were provided alongside the pontoon area

It was possible to see some of the racing from the swimming pool.

Interested spectators take a break from the pool.

Cafes for food and drink were nearby

A torrential downpour caused a slight delay to the racing.

Crowding under the covered area to escape the rain.

The sun was soon shining again.
